For the new year, I plan to use this blog to track weekly meals and workouts-as well as start one of those glamour body programs. I have done it in the past but i plan to stick to it this year!! Ok so for the next 4 days... I need to decide what it is i will do for the new year.

ok seriously
I have to start using this blog and actually start changing my life. As i sit here and downed a bag of cheetos and coffee... and plan to take a nap later. Blah !! Gotta get out of this cycle. For christmas I got a bike :) Yah but seriously have to start using it. My gym membership went up to 42 dollars a month! So I figure one session is 5 bucks. So I need to go atleast 9 times to make up for it. I got lots of workout stuff for christmas and I really do want to make working out part of my everyday life. I need to find something that i enjoy. Not to mention, I would really like to lose 10 pounds by September. I am going to start rationing our food for dinner, I know that sounds harsh but it helped a friend and her husband lose weight. So by portioning food we aren't eating as much and I want to have heathy snacks around the house. I think I am going to make a schedule! SO if it's a day like today-pouring down rain... I go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for an hour. Or attend a pilates class, I have to get better about going!! or play zumba on the wii. As long as I get my heart rate up for atleast a half hour everyday!!
