Ok, started today off with a half of blueberry pomegranate smoothie from Mcducks and a breakfast burrito.  Then I did zumba for 25 minutes and one just dance and some shape exercises.  for a snack I had a half cup of coffee and some cherries!! Out to mow the lawn today then swimming for sure!! W is such a cutie we are having so much fun :) happy!
