first workout

Ok so the one year is coming up on Thursday and I wanted to get a head start on the workout plan. So I weighed myself and it looks like 152. Not as bad as I thought. Now my plan isn't to lose a ton of weight yet to get in shape. I went to dance trance tonight for an hour and half and it was fantastic. Lots of new songs but sweated alot and really had a great time :) Will definitely go next week. Tomorrow-hopefully I can hit zumba! and Thursday piloxing-it's a new class so why not try it. That way I will be ready for kick ball and have the day off friday! I need to drink more fluid especially water! Now for the post workout drink and a book!! Feeling excited :)
