feeling
it is soo interesting that i feel crappy when i go through the weekend without working out. I mean yes it makes sense but i didnt realize it till this week. SO i haven't gone to the gym since last thursday...and it's tuesday! Lame, i know, but i told myself i needed to give my leg 2 days off...so i did and got busy on sunday. I am going for a walk on the treadmill today and then 1.5 hours of dance. Ive got to do something tomorrow, I could do zumba at 930 and then walk the dog later in the day! I am thinking that way it will get me up and get going. Thursday I will try to hit pilates buff. but we will see. Thursday is busy, i have to work and have dinner with the ladies :) This weekend, we are going to do some bike riding... I am excited for this. I think it will be a great exercise and lots of fun! We had a pasta dish last evening for dinner-just ok. I had a salad with pepperoni and cheese and low fat dressing with a couple chips yesterday. Today I had kixs with strawberries and a cup of coffee. For lunch I will have a salad with pepperoni and cheese and low fat dressing, bottle of water and something else. I have decided if the place I need to go is less than a mile than I will start walking there. Besides church-as walking with heels would be bad. Dinner tonight- no plans. hmm ....Keep up the good work!
