The good news... I have been to the gym twice and am planning on going this evening!! I think I am actually getting into a routine which is good. I am feeling very productive today, I have gotten a lot accomplished and am feeling really good about it :) Tonight is the longer dance class and I am sure I will be exhausted!! But for the last two classes I have attended, I did a mile walk on the treadmill first... in hope of loosening my legs before doing such a cardio class. Tomorrow, I am thinking about walking the dog and then doing a yoga class. Haven't tried yoga, but have heard it is really great....so we will see. I also would like to try out my new just dance and zumba on the wii. Food wise-have been doing ok. Not eating super healthy but not eating as much sweets and such. Drinking lots of water but it is really making me have to pee more...lame!!! Anyways wanted to post my success so far!!! :) yah to getting in shape!
