Ok first day... for breakfast I had dry kixs and a venti skinny latte from starbucks. For lunch I had salad with cottage cheese, peppers and carrots and a fig newton bar 160 calories and water. I will try to drink a tea and a couple more glasses of water. For dinner I am planning on pork chops with stuffing, sweet potatoes with butter and brown sugar and fruit. YUM!!! and... no dessert!!!
