Tuesday: I did really well. i forget what i had for breakfast but it was a cherry pie 300 calories i had grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch and another cherry pie for snack. I also went to the gym whoo hoo!! I did 15 minutes on the elyptical and then went to dance trance for an hour!! For dinner that evening I had a porkchop milk and a salad with no dessert. Yesterday I worked with habitat for humanity and didn't eat as healthy i had a sandwich for lunch with chips a diet coke and a cookie. I also had 2 beers and some appetizers.
Thursday: I got up and had a glass of milk and kixs. For lunch, I had a pot pie and a gatorade. I will probably have a salad because I didn't have enough lunch! I will try for a couple more glasses of water!! I will have some wine tonight and who else knows what!! but gotta go lots to do!! :)
