Alrighty, Starting with red since it's the beginning of the month and I need a great start. May 1st. Seriously can't believe it! not to mention aprox only 4 months until the big day!! I know I have been talking about getting in shape but I seriously need to start it! I am going to use this blog to track what I have eaten and the exercise I have done. If you don't like it dont read it... this blog is for me!
Tuesday May 1, 2012:
Woke up: 8am
Breakfast: 9:15am Coffee and light and fit yogurt with two glasses of water.
My plan next is to go walk the dog then come back and work. I don't want to eat lots of gelato at work so I need to bring a healthy lunch and not eat gelato. So snacks and water for the rest of the day. We are going out for hope du jour for dinner and then I want to try and eat no snack. Just lots of h20. and sit in the sun... gotta get my tan on :)

Ok so... figuring it out!
I didn't get to walk the dog however did some light walking today.
Lunch 1230: Spinach salad with olives, sprouts, hummus and avocado and 3 glasses of water
Snack 300: Gelato and water
Dinner 5: Wings ^6. and water
Snack 9: Tea
Tomorrow, I am going to get up early and go on a long/fast walk. hit up the coffee shop and breakfast then shower and working again. Homemade meal at home tomorrow night! Maybe an extra walk with C too. Trying to continue drinking lots of water esp with my new pitcher!!
