Monday again... except this time is different.  I will walk a mile everyday if not more and I will try to work hard on eating better and drinking water.  I will lose this weight and get in shape for my wedding!! Next tuesday will be 4 months.  So it's time to get it together!! 


Today:
Breakfast: Coffee and a yogurt around 9
Lunch: Thanksgiving mix and water with strawberries in around 1


I have some chores to do but then will go outside for a stroll and maybe some just dance 3.  
Here we go for getting in shape!!!!!!


Alrighty: so workout today was shorter than expected but can't out do myself on the first day.


Start of:


Walk in the yard= 2x about .7 mi I think 3 would be a mile ish....
Then did indoor workout.  


Crunches (20)
Jumping Jacks (15)
Toe Taps (6 on each side) 
Lunges (10)
Side Plank (6 sec on each side)
Roll ups (15 on each leg) 
Side plan (6 sec on each side)
Crunches (20)
Stretch


Dinner a huge salad and a small icecream cone yum
Tomorrow,, I would like to increase the toe taps and lunges as well as add a wall sit.  Good day!






Dinner a big salad and a water with an icecream cone for dessert.  I drank lots of water.  Tomorrow.... will be better!
