Monday: Woke up late... and boy had a hard time waking up!! Went to ccm and had a yogurt, medium coffee and some water.
For lunch I had a salad with grilled chicken and ranch dressing With some pie and some candy, but also a bottle of water
Snack: so far have had just water and not hungary.
Got some stressful news.... bummed as can be!!
Had a large glass of wine around 5 and then some water and no dinner until 10- bacon cheeseburger.
