Ok so Wednesday... woke up late and didn't get the walk in :(. Worked in the afternoon much later than was supposed to and missed the walk with C. By the time i got home it was time for sftball then dinner and well here we are with it almost 9p and dark out :( Tomorrow, I gotta kick it
Breakfast: 10 a- kixs and 32 oz of water
Lunch: 2p: salad with light dressing, 15 wheat thins
Snack 3p: Gelato and 32 oz of water
Snack 5p Another 32oz and a handful of chips
Dinner: A little bit of salmon, red potatoes with butter and salt, and strawberries and to drink Milk.
